Sarah Kiley-Watkins

Sarah is a registered Psychologist currently completing her registrar program to specialise in health psychology. Sarah is witty, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. She makes her clients feel heard and understood through her ability to genuinely connect with others. Sarah uses an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
In addition to her private practice, Sarah works clinically within the Department for Correctional Services, where she supports individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with complex mental health concerns.
If Sarah isn't working hard to provide expert clinical opinion, intervention, and assessment for clients, you can probably find her on a dancefloor or with her loved ones. Sarah is a mum of 3 which keeps her busy, but she always makes time for the people she cares about. If Sarah wasn't a psychologist, she'd likely have an award-winning interior design business or be travelling the world one beach at a time.
Sarah works on Fridays and is currently accepting referrals for new clients aged 16 years and over.
