Stacey McCallum

Stacey is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who brings both compassion and clarity to the therapeutic process. Her warmth and personability puts clients at ease, providing a space where clients feel safe to open up and feel heard from the first session.
Stacey is passionate about helping people untangle the impact of past experiences and move toward a more fulfilling life in the present. She works especially well with people who have longstanding emotional difficulties or who find themselves stuck in complicated relationship dynamics.
Stacey is able to break down complex problems in a way that is grounded and makes sense to her clients. This reduces the all-too-common experience of feeling confused and stuck, leaving clients with a deeper understanding of themselves and renewed confidence in their ability to make meaningful change.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Stacey helps address problems in the here and now. At the same time, she skilfully integrates an understanding of how early life experiences may shape current patterns of thinking, feeling and relating. For those who want to address the roots of problems when they may extend into painful experiences in childhood, Stacey is adept at using Schema Therapy.
Stacey works Monday to Wednesday and is not able to take on new clients at this time but you can join her waitlist by emailing admin@elevateadelaide.com.au or calling 0426 586 060.
