Stephanie Boyd

Stephanie is a registered Psychologist with a Master of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, known for her compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental approach. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. With a focus on collaboration, she tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Stephanie helps clients navigate issues like anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. She works with individuals to develop practical tools and insights that foster lasting well-being and personal growth.

In addition to her private practice, Stephanie holds clinical and leadership roles within the Department for Correctional Services, where she supports individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with complex mental health concerns.

Stephanie’s warm, empathetic, and respectful approach aims to empower clients, helping them feel understood and supported at every stage of their journey.

Stephanie works on Fridays and is currently accepting referrals for new clients aged 16 years and over.
